Technology is shaping our world

Development in technology has already come a long way. From just simple gadgets in the 1900 to more sophisticated products in the 21^st century. Imagine how technology has shaped the world as well as how it shaped the culture of the people.

Because of technology our lives became more fast pace. Everything could be done in just a matter of seconds that before it takes a very long time to do. To be more specific about this lets look at how communication had evolved. Before the fastest way to communicate in long distances is through what we call now as the snail mail because it takes about three to four weeks just to received your mail, but in our time today in just a matter of seconds one could already receive important documents.

People are becoming dependent on technology. Before any person can live with just cash on their pocket but now almost everyone cannot leave their homes without their mobile phones or their electronic organizers. In almost action that we do there is an accompanying gadget that would make it easy for us.

It lengthens a person’s life span. Because of technology and medicine together it affected a lot of lives. It is able to save lives and strengthens the bodies internal defenses.

Yes there are a lot of benefits that technology is able to contribute to our society but are this the only things that it had contributed or It also contributes to our destruction?
